A way to describe something that is both strange and odd at the same time. Or odd in a strange way. It could be used to describe math or just general actions or items. It could also be used in surprise that something is odd and you did not expect it to be, therefore the strangely sort of odd.
I found it Strangely Odd that there were two circular rainbows around the sun that day... Others may have thought that it was Strangely Odd that I was standing in the middle of a football field staring up into the sun.

Its the part in a girl's(or a guy with longer hair)hair when she has layers in the front and bangs, the layers grow out and she keeps the bangs trimmed... it then leaves an odd gap.
When your hair grows out and then there is this odd gap between where your layers start and your bangs begin. This is usually the time to stop trimming your hair your self and get a professional to even everything up. No body wants an odd gap =Z

Short for odd-probleming, referring to the fact that school math books have the answers to the odd problems in the back of the book. In other words, cheating or lying. Also pronounced odd-probbin'.
Person 1: Hey, this band rocks!
Person 2: Are you odd-probbing me? This is worse than infomercials.
