a phrase used to show confusion commonly said when something has caught the person off guard.
"Jimmy done called you a nigga."

Is an adpatation of Wha gwan (whats going on) from up north (Liverpool)
Person 1: Wha de gwarnin?
Person 2: Nothin much, just chillin.
Whas up, whas goin down, etc.
person#1:Yo whas poppin.
person#2:Just chillin.
Basically Trinidadian patwa of "what the hell."
"Wha de ass is dis, like yuh cant cook o wha?"
"What the hell is this, like you cant cook or what?"
A term used by hard-core wiggers to denote the question, "what?". Its is very embarassing to stand next to some one while they are saying this phrase and it is best to dissociate your self by saying loud and clear that you are not with "him/her".
It drives me nuts when Matt says wiga wiga wha every time he doesn't understand what I'm saying. Hes such a wigger. (But so cute.)
