A gay or bi-sexual male that takes pleasure in watching a tv show for little girls. Possibly to meet little girls or because their mental capacity is that of a little girl. They are often associated with skinny jean hipsters that listen to dub step or emo core.
Ways to avoid being a brony:
1. Eat steak
2. Don't go to gay bath houses
3. Never listen to Skrillex or refer to dub step as music
4. Avoid going to concerts where skinny jeans is acceptable leg wear
5. Grow a beard like a real man
6. SWED, just don't become a mindless pot head
7. Listen to real metal
8. Learn to shoot a gun/ride a motor cycle
If you at any point think you might be becoming a brony, you should take the following steps:
1. Beat up a hipster (In their own house if you can)
2. Shoot said gun. Maybe at a small horse
3. Eat more steak
4. Write Skrillex hate mail... Wait, nevermind. He isn't worth your time. Just go beat up another Hipster
5. Find out why you can't grow a beard and fix it. Acting like a real man helps but can take years to correct
6. Listen to metal
Brony - "Hey whats going on?"
Straight MAN - "Wow, they don't make men like they used to. What the hell happened to you? Do your parents know you are a fag?"

A unisex term for adult and/or mature fans of My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic.
Some people prefer to use the term brony to refer to strictly male fans, this is incorrect, as the term was coined in 2011 to refer to a non-gendered group. Brony is a term for anyone.

The collective group of My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic fans.
They have multiple web sites dedicated to the show, along with many fanfics and fan made videos based upon the show.
The Bronies tend to be passive aggressive, hardly ever cussing people out or talking in all caps, though this is not to be said about the people who despise brony kind.
There is currently a debate between bronies and non-bronies on whether or not people should watch the show, and if it should be spread around.
Bronies can not be stopped, it will spread until one of 2 things happens.
1. Lauren Faust, the most famous worker on the show, and co make a horrible season(s).
2. The show ends.
The later will take much more time to dispose of the Brony community, but will inevitably do so unless an entirely new show is made much like how the current one has taken place of the old.
There are many popular phrases used by bronies, such as brohoof, and are common place in discussion between bronies.
Though there are many phrases bronies use and that are tolerated, there is one that most, if not all bronies loath to see, and that one quote is most commonly used by a fellow brony.
That quote being "_______ (being a pony from the show) is my waifu!"
The last thing bronies like to do with phrases is replace words in common day sentences with pony related words, such as replace everybody with everypony, or main with mane.

A male person, most of the time gay, who enjoys watching the little girl tv show my little pony. They are usually very weird about it and some find it attractive and use it as porn. If you meet one I'd recomend staying away.
