Delmar divide

A line in STL that straight up divides the hood rats from the trust fund babies

Euclid Ave in the Central West End is nice, but it's too close to the Delmar divide. Them hood rats will jack yo shit from your parked ride.

Digital Dance Divide

The digital dance divide refers to the gap between people with effective access to dance games (e.g. Dance Dance Revolution, Just Dance, Dance Party, etc ..) and those with very limited or no access at all. This can be seen in the field during a high school dance where a group of students show great skills in repeating solo dance moves in the game(s) and the rest displaying only rudimentary moves.

This high school dance is lame. Most of the people are just standing there. Just a few Just Dance nerds in the corner, showing off. Must be Digital Dance Divide.

2. Referring to sexual intercourse or losing one's virginity.

"I totally got some scarlett divide after the party last week."

David dreamed of crossing the scarlett divide ever since he saw his first naked chick on the computer at the library when he thought no one was looking.
