Genderless Equality is substantially different from gender equality in that the focus is on the common mental, emotional and instinctive qualities of people regardless of gender, whereas with gender equality the focus is more about 'men and women are equals' which is inclusive of physical gender differences.
Genderless equality makes no difference between genders while gender equality still involves differences between genders.
