Used by Alpha males to respond to or fill in silence in a conversation.
Or used by 10-year-olds that think there funny.
Gerald: hey my girlfriend broke up with me.

Gerald: Yep, I'm killing myself.
A misspelling of "um, actually?", an internet joke commonly said to mimic and mock people who correct others.
"No, it's not 'your' its 'you're'!" They replied to a comment on youtube.
Another user replied "erm, ACHTUALLY?"
What you say to express confusion or surprise when you are caught in a sticky situation.

This usually means that the person is either surprised with what you said and or shocked. But in often times this means that you said something out of pocket and made something that could have offended them.
