As in John Phillips reply to McKenzie regarding their incestuous relationship when she said, 'I was a fragment of a person, and my secret isolated me,' she writes, according to People.com. "One night Dad said, 'We could just run away to a country where no one would look down on us. There are countries where this is an accepted practice. Maybe Fiji.' "

Women often reply to offers from guys with this answer, giving the guy some hope but in the back of her mind she knows its never going to happen.
Usually, when the girl responds she pretends to think about it first and makes a "hmmm..." sound before kindly replying with "maybe tomorrow".
Guy - "Hey girl hey! Want to come over and watch me flex?"
Girl - "Hmmm.... maybe tomorrow."

Guy - "Hey there, can I come with you to your yoga class?"
Girl - "Hmmm... maybe tomorrow."
