pseudo ghosting

Longer than usual ceasing of contact, within dating, between texts, calls or dates. This may mean hours or days between contact where the individual decides to finally reach out. This leaves the recipient of such messages lingering and wondering where the relationship stands.

What's going on with that girl Jessica you were seeing?
Oh she's pseudo-ghosting. We're still talking but she's keeping me guessing.

Pseudo-idealism

- The strategy of participating in the pursuit for ideality for one’s self, by behaving in an apparent charitable manner, with underlying selfish intentions to validate and reinforce ones sence of self.

This is a false state of idealism because to behave “charitably” is to put on an act or facade. It is “do good to feel good” behavior. It’s a form of dogma, not understanding, therefore it is a false state of idealism.

Political correctness is a form of pseudo-idealism, because it advocates for people to be dishonest or ‘dumb-down’ words and opinions in order to not offend individuals.”

Pseudo-Soul

A Psuedo-soul is an artificial soul that is created by necromancy. It Is placed into a recently deceased body ( wether it be human or anything else ) Once the soul is in the body, it will follow any order that the Necromancer gives. (If in a body for a long period of time, the soul will become more human and gain emotion and independent thought) (much like a homunculus)

Once the Pseudo-soul was placed into her body she requested orders from her master. The artificial soul was nothing more than a slave.

pseudo-intelligent

Used to describe one who attempts to flex intellect that does not exist within his or her own mind.

Can probably be found with a thesaurus in hand, while in a chat room, looking up new insults that are synonymous with "stupid" in order to boost his or her own undeserved ego.

Typical cases of pseudo-intelligence involve pre-pubescent 15 year olds that think they have everything figured out, including, but not limited to: life, religion, politics, education, and sex. Ironically, they have never quite experienced either of the aforementioned.

Pretends he or she has an opinion.

Posseses a severe tendency to blindly and wholeheartedly believe any bullshit they hear, only to subsequently regurgitate the misinformation to anyone they see in an asinine attempt to appear more intelligent than a used, broken condom.

Should the victim of the verbal onslaught happen to have a differing opinion, the pseudo-intelligent individual will revert to his or her thesaurus and insult the opposition with words he or she never knew existed, and probably cannot even pronounce.

Annoyingly and constantly refers to the word antidisestablishmentarianism, as if knowledge of said word defined his or her illegitimately high intelligence quotient.

Typically a hypocrite; creates many, many contradictions. Most online grammar/spelling Nazis can relate.

Always ends a bullshit "argument" with, "I win, so stfu." Win what, dipshits? Your opinions weren't fact in the first place.

<Pseudo-Intelligent individual> Omg. You are Stupid. You are an idiot for not agreeing with everything I say. I know I'm right, even though I know nothing about the subject, because my friend knows someone that read someone's blog somewhere that mentioned something about it. I win, so stfu, you unintelligent moron. God, your stupid. You're such a stupid idiot. Antidisestablishmentarianism.

pseudo-hipster

The term pseudo-hipster should be less aligned with widespread use of the term "hipster" and more closely identified as a trendster who channels the fashion and culture of hipsters. The term originated in Chicago once the hipsterism culture that still dominates the Ukranian Village, Wicker Park, and Logan Square areas began to implode (circa 2005) on itself and become a thing of mockery to social critics, intellectuals, and those who had been living a bohemian lifestyle in the pre-1995 era. The term pseudo-hipster is now used more liberally to describe individuals desparately clinging onto an ill-conceived attempt at attaining hipster identity.
Pseudo-hipsters can be frequently seen to prevail in suburban areas or parent's basements when not shopping in corporate stores heavily disguised as neo-vintage or vintage stores (a.k.a. Urban Outfitters) or in other sub-metro areas where a true bohemian or "hipster" lifestle is unattainable.

The Psuedo-hipster is markedly less elitist, if at all, than an hipster proper, and is also likely to be seen with his or her non-bohemian friends. The psuedo-hipster at his or her intellectual core does not truly or permantently identify him- or herself with nerdology, hipsterism, or the bohemian lifestyle; and, as mentioned before, can be loosely classed as a trendster who superficially identifies with the FASHION of the hipster "clique." Psuedo-hipsters who work, however, are usually more financially successful than their hipster muses and will usually hold jobs outside of the service industry or artist communities that are hipster mecca's. Due to the increase in cash flow by either living in a suburban basement or getting a finaciallly secure job, the pseudo-hipster will NOT have a true beer preference for Pabst Blue Ribbon.

<Mid-twenty year old walks by wearing skinny jeans, penguin polo, and vintage looking poorly-laced Nike's>

"I can't go anywhere anymore without seeing someone trying to be a hipster!"

"You can't really call him a hipster.
This is Kansas City...He's a pseudo-hipster at best.
And besides...isn't he getting into that Explorer with a ______ University School of Law sticker on the back?"

"Oh...good eye sniper. He'll be throwing away his skinny tie collection by next year!"
