When two people go to starbucks pretending to "study", but are actually just going on a date that may or may not involve first, second, third, or even home base.
Guy 1: She just invited me to go to starbucks to study.
Guy 2: Starbucks and study eh?
Guy 1: Shut up!
Pointless sheets of paper that contain information that you obviously know won't be on a quiz or test.
Kyle: Dude, are you going to go to Florida this spring break?
Chris: No, I can't. The teacher that nobody likes assigned me a six-page study guide to complete over spring break. It's awful.

A way for children to have a reason to start being emo, start cutting, and for suicide.
With every question comes an answer and that answer is one of the above.
Me: Study Island ruined my life! I can't watch my anime anymore because it's made my eyes bleed out!!!!
My Friend: AHHHHHH!!!!! THE LAST OF MY SANITY JUST WALKED AWAY!!!!

Largely a load of superficial misandrist nonsense, dealing out platitudinous drivel about the obvious and obviously false. Taken seriously at Berkeley, but dismissed at decent universities.
'Hey dad, i'm thinking about taking women's studies at university next year.'
'What happened to philosophy, politics and economics, son?'
'Yeah right!...who wants to know about dead white men?!'
'i'll see you at the drive-thru.'

The act of cramming intensely a day or two before a huge test and then regurgitating the information the day of. Little or none of the studied material is retained after the regurgitation thus binge studying is effective only in short term situations such as a quiz or a test and is generally not possible to achieve for final exams.
I need to stop this habit of binge studying or else I'll be clueless on this material when it comes to the final exam.

Commonly occurs when one has been slacking off/not studying hard enough in college, resulting in a poor grade on an exam. This may be due to frequent and out-of-control substance abuse, and/or generally laziness. One then feels the need to study very hard to make up for this lack of effort, even if exams have passed. (Occurs for 1-2 days, at most)
Jim: So did you get your astronomy exam back?
Matt: Yeah, last night. I got a B but Kevin got a D+; ever since then he has been studying really hard.
Jim: Study guilt: don't worry, it will blow over by tomorrow.
