The study of why people are attracted to each other and how is attraction built.
Not every man and woman may be physically attracted to each other but there is a possibility that interpersonal attraction (their personality) can be attractive between each other.
With interpersonal attraction, it is the personality that we may or may not find attractive. It is the personality that is being judged.
Interpersonal attraction can be built and maintained.

A descriptor used once in a drunken stooper to describe a girl that was attractive, but not enough to be hot; that was too sexy to simply be pretty. An overly attractive girl is more than cute and can be used as a nice way to say she's fuckable.
I'm at the most boring bar right now listening to an overly attractive girl tell me the last guy she dated gave her an std.
