Watching something just because its awfulness is so compelling. For people without any discernible talent, troll views are a valid and even desirable form of attention.
Charlie Sheen may have gotten more than 2 million followers on Twitter but 90 percent of those are troll views.
A school in Mesa, Arizona that is almost 100% mormon (LDS). The students there tend to think they are better than everyone else, but in reality they arent. They just try to be too perfect, and end up making all the imperfect people depressed. Good job Mountain Pooo!

In terms of jail/prison. Ocean View is a view out of your cell window that is something desirable and other than facing a brick wall, etc.

I was about to come down the stairs when I noticed Catherine in a V-neck, and I ended up getting a view.
Everyone in the class gets a view when she bends over to pick up something in that skirt.
