When an action or question, usually directed towards a significant other, is done with the best intentions, there is little for which the one bringing forth the question can be faulted (in theory).
If I bring up how I don't like that my SO follows his ex on Instagram to him with the pure heart rule, I should be fine.

Tom Waits released his second album just a year after his first. Much had evolved from then, though much was the same. Waits' newer music had a more jazzy feel, rather than the country twang of his debut. The piano is often drowned out by other instruments, but it does come pounding back out. The title track, The Heart Of Saturday Night, and it's conclusion The Ghosts Of Saturday Night, are settled, but very bouncy tunes.

The 'Hooker with the heart of Gold' is a a female and in rare cases, a man, who lives the tragic life of prostitution.
The hooker with the heart of gold is a caring, loving, person whose head and heart are all in the right place, but is in the prostitution business due to some ludicrous tale such as:
1)she has no way of paying a HUGE debt and has to work 2 jobs plus the corner
2)she is forced by the pimp to be a prostitute and doesn't leave because fear of him
3)a family member is deathly ill and she had to quit school and get 2 low paying jobs plus work the corner
Hooker with the heart of gold: Hey! wanna have a good time baby?
Pleasure seeker: Get in.
Several hours later.....
Hooker is walking back to the corner when she sees a hobo...she gives him half the earnings she just made even though her pimp is not gonna be happy. she puts the hobo before herself

Originally a song title by the punk band NoFX, Bleeding Heart Disease pokes fun at people who are "Bleeding Hearts" and "Heart Disease" (a real disease). Someone who has Bleeding Heart Disease often suffers from chronic and naive sympathy for anyone and everything, especially around politically sensitive issues. The sympathetic emotions are often unjustified and directed to people or causes that do not in fact deserve sympathy.
It's important to note that to be diagnosed with Bleeding Heart Disease, a person must chronically feel unjustifiably sorry for people on unrelated topics. It's also important that the topic of sympathy be unjustified or highly debatable.
Bleeding Heart Disease is becoming especially common in the Western World.
Statement: "That's so sad that guy died when he got his Darwin award."
Reply: "I think you have Bleeding Heart Disease."
