Originated when I, Tollie, wrote a bunch of conversations on my GJ (randomly). I created Person A and Person B, who are not really all that different and thus have disorders in which they think they have no personalities and they sob all the time. Person C has a personality, however - an awesomely insane one. Person C randomly shouts out "BWAHAHAHAHA I AM PERSON C!!!!" at random intervals whenever it is mentioned. Person C is a role model to many people, including myself.
Tollie: What would be a good name for our band?
Tootles: OMP!!! We should totally name it after Person C as a tribute!!

A human being whose dermis relatively lacks eumelanin and is relatively abundant in pheomelanin. With respect to much ambiguity between ideal and unreal ethnic polarities, such as the more olive skin of Mediterannean and Middle-Eastern in comparison to Norweigians and Irish, or the ambiguity in mixed ethnicities such as the Portuguese-African genetic descendents of Cape Verde or Spanish-English Welsh of southern England, the criterion for a person being considered white may be best considered as simply the ratio of light-coloured pheomelanin to dark-coloured eumelanin.
It's REAL cold in New Brunswick, kid, so you best not be pheomelanin-recessive, my white person, or bring yo Vitamin D supplements, cuz. This tundra ish ain't Zanzibar.

Any person who is not at least 7/8 white aka Indo-European or Caucasian, as long as the other 1/8 does not include black aka Sub-Saharan African. But may include East Asian and/or Native American aka Amerindian.
Any person who is not at least 15/16 white, if the other 1/16 includes black. Although the "one drop" rule includes any black ancestry, it is difficult to enforce after five generations, especially if the black ancestor is not straight maternal.
People of color include blacks, Asians, and Native Americans.
Homer Plessy was 1/8 black and therefore had to use "colored" facilities in the Segregated South. Mr. Plessy was a Person of Color.
Thomas Jefferson's slave concubine was 3/4 white, but since her maternal grandmother was black and a slave, she was also a black slave. The children that she bore with Jefferson were 7/8 white, but they were legally black slaves.
"Color" is rinsed after five generations if it is black and four generations if it is Asian and/or Native American.
