So it's, in my opinion, a better way to say: "you mean the world to me" because the universe is infinitely greater, bigger, and stronger than just the world. "And a half" is the basic meaning of it, where in this case, you'd use it as a way to say that something is very good, large, etc. ( in a positive sense, of course).

Used when somthing represents you
"Omg the clown is so me core."
"Omg that frog is so me core."
Carl the NPC says this because he wants the gun but he can't pick it up.

Player: No
Used to express "me time," but played off of the phrase "one on one time."
Girl 1: Hey, what are you up to tonight?
Girl 2: It's been such a busy week, I really need some one on me time.
