While this phrase often has sexual and/or circus related meanings, it is often cited in some parts of the country as having to blow into a breathalyzer to measure blood alcohol content after a traffic stop.
Joe got pulled over and blew the clown last night, now he is in the drunk tank.
From the Randall Zwarte' Band's song, Blow the Clown: "Blow the Clown means you're going down." This is a reference to being pulled over during a traffic stop for suspicion of DUI or DWI (Driving Under the Influence).
The terror of when he comes into your room at night and you have a weapon on the bedside table. As stupid as your friend is, he decided to prank you at 2:00 AM in the morning. So, unknowingly, you shoot the ‘clown’ in the face. Your friend then yells “PINK COWS” as he screams in pain.
ONE HOUR LATER...
Your in the emergency room sitting next to your best friend in bed on a dirty bench. The dude next to you looks looks like he had just came out of a sewer.
He looks like he has been dropped SEVERAL times on the head. You are so disappointed in your self that you shot your friend in the face. Later that night you do the same thing to yourself.
ONE YEAR LATER...
You and your friend are now ‘twins’ with bullet holes in your faces. As you walk in the park, you see that stinky man getting married to a HUGE tree

An area of town frequently inhabited by hookers. Clown comes from the heavily-applied whore-makeup or clown makeup.

a person who is both a clown, and a lawyer. he wears hilarious clothing and makeup to his work at his prestigious law firm and carries a leather briefcase filled with gag props and various other lawyerings. in court, he uses hysterical comedy to distract the jury while simultaneously gaining their trust and their respect- almost always leading to him winning the case. unfortunately clown lawyer also has a deep alcoholic secret life. this term can describe almost any activity- happy or sad- referring to the different aspects of the clown lawyer's life.
