To deceptively manipulate poll or vote numbers in order to show strengthened support for your position or opinion.
In 2008, the website of Trinity-Spadina MP Olivia Chow of the New Democratic Party of Canada was flooded with numerous votes that contradicted her political position. Her website administrator reset the numbers, deleting votes that were contrary to her political stance. A big controversy ensued, and her political staff admitted to tampering the numbers. "Chowing the numbers" is used in reference to her last name, Chow.
It’s when someone/something lives in your head rent free and makes you overly question them or the thing very deeply.
It really affects you more so in the emotional aspect but can and usually also affects your physical self in some degree.
It’s more times than not one sided it’s usually just you dealing with the situation in this way and not the other person but that’s not always the case.
When someone does this to another person it sometimes happens because that person has the upper hand and is taking advantage/manipulating the scenario.
You’re really letting something get to you when it shouldn’t be to the amount that you’re letting it.

The number 27 at Chipotle involves a man with only a ski mask and leather straps walking into the chipotle kitchen and shitting into a tortilla and then jizzing all over the shit and then making a salad were the man pisses in it and then excretes little shit balls from his anus and using that instead of tomatoes, the salad then goes onto the tortilla with the shit and jizz still on there, the man then wraps the tortilla turning it into a burrito walks out of the kitchen then says to the customer while covered in shit jizz and piss "Here's your number 27"

we're number one was claimed to be the best thing that happened in 2016, for good reason to, people made random shitposts editing and remixing the song "We're Number One" from the old show Lazy-town. generally every time the character Robbie and his clones say the word "one" the video changes in some way. This meme has evolved and taken other forms such as "Let It Grow" and "Bee Movie".
besides most memes happening for no reason, this meme was made cause the actor for the villan Robbie from the show was diagnosed with cancer and needed funding, as a reward, Stephan Stephenson, the actor, brought the people who were in the song back together , and re did the song live.
