When someone opens all the windows of a car, blasts loud music (usually rap or heavy metal), and slowly drives around the neighborhood. It is usually very entertaining.
Tim loves Car Blasting. The reactions from that Soccer Mom are hilarious!
Refers to the (frustrating) car in a spot tease. Any car concealed in a parking spot by a larger vehicle that makes the spot appear open for parking.
There's a parking spot next to that minivan. Good spot; better park in it... oh. A damn-car.

I really like owning three old clunker-sedans, particularly in case one of them is in the repair-shop and thus I hafta use one of the others for my basic local-transportation needs (and indeed, I occasionally have actually been down to just one somewhat-malfunctioning vehicle, but at least it has still been able to wheezingly/sputteringly/back-firingly get me from Point A to Point B around town till I got both of the other cars repaired and I could finally take this third one into the garage for some TLC of its own), but I occasionally hafta play "musical cars" if my friends drop by for a visit.
