This works on so many levels, the receiver of the insult will probably not even know it's an insult!
We call our friend Chris 'Take a Picture'. Because we heard after he has sex, the girl wants to 'Take a Picture... It'll last longer.

when you gotta take a dump jsut say--i gotta take a William SHATTer--emphasis on the SHATT. You canalos use the abbreviated version "take a William" -- only works with audiences familiar with the saying.

Some who can’t take anything serious, and continuously laughs at there own jokes or the same jokes all the time. This person is most likely making a joke out of every life situation and feeds off the same jokes just to make them selfs laugh.
