To throw one's car into neutral and push down on the gas pedal hard while still rolling in order to rev one's car up without increasing the speed of the car. This act is usually done to show displeasure with another driver or pedestrian.

I drove back around the block so I could back rev at that girl who flipped me off.

a slur, offensive. Also "wetback".
