It's a comment that has been overused almost to the extent of "An arrow to the knee." It is supposedly posted on videos that are unconventional to the normal video posted. But, usually the video is not that unorthodox and they just use it to get up-voted.

YouTube Soft Core Porn Is A Way To Describe A Thumbnail That Features Either Cropped Porn And Or In A Semi-Sexual Event. Most Thumbnails Will Include Drawn Characters From A Comic (of which they dub) And Or A Panel From A Hentai Comic. More Of These Situations Include Such As Normal Activities But The Person Doing Them Has Big Tits, A Huge Ass Or Both. If They Aren’t Comic Dubs But Still Use Panels For Their Thumbnails It’s Most Likely To Be A Bait And Switch Meme Channel (AKA Wasted Potential To Actually Make Original Content And Be Known For Literally Anything Else But Bait And Switching Hentai For Little Timmy‘s excuse the rant).

Refers to the postponement that inevitably occurs when you go to watch a certain video on YouTube, but there are one or more irresistibly-interesting other videos that are offered on the home-page, and so you spend the next 45 minutes viewing those other videos before you finally bring up the one you'd originally gone there to watch (if you can even remember which one it was, of course, after totally saturating your brain wif all of dat OTHER delightful/fascinating/informative content).
When I'd originally brought up the YouTube homepage, I was just wanting to watch a 5-minute instructional-video on how to re-assemble the carburetor on a Weed Wacker after cleaning it, but I ended up spending over an hour at it thanks to YouTube-recommendation-induced delay!
This is an example of Kwan Mo Kim YouTube. He plays splix.io and die after 5 seconds into the game and his excuse was 'that was unexpected' His intro usually are 'hi guys welcome back to kwan mo kim youtube channel' In one of his videos it was, 'today we are going to play splix.io' 'that was unexpected'
Person: I played splix and died after 5 seconds.

The part of YouTube in which channels dedicate to videos around Kinder Eggs and Play-doh usually being based on popular Disney/Dreamworks/Pixar movies (eg Inside Out, How to Train Your Dragon).
Person 1- "Oh man, how the fuck did I end up going from a review of Inside Out to 'Play Doh SADNESS Stop Motion Inside Out! Disney Pixar Playdough Animación de Inside Out'"
Person 2- "Welcome to the Kinder Egg Side of YouTube."
