Leroy's redneckability is on the level of Joe Dirt. Have you seen how impressive his metal lawn art collection is and his mullet wins the contest at the county fair every year.
Another term for a pair of plyers, called this because it is a multi-purpose tool, including a wrench, for people who are either broke or don't have the right tools handy.
I don't have a real wrench, but you can use my redneck wrench.
This is the guy that always has a beer in is hand. He has no limit to how much he can drink. Odds are he has a car up on blocks and will have it fixed up sooner or later. A good guy to have in your crew because most are loyal to a fault, even though his drunken fun will sometimes get you into trouble.

When anyone has disrespected you in ANY kind of way, whether you caught your girlfriend cheating or some random chick has made a rude comment to you in a bar full of people. It usually with something getting broken and someone, besides the "crazy" person, bleeding from the ass whippin' they got.
An alternate meaning would be when a wild redneck gets drunk and attempts to do something outrageously stupid(because we have better sense when we're sober) that hardly ever ends well and is usually right after the person says "Hold my beer and watch this!"

Hank had to go to the hospital last night because he got redneck crazy and tried to use the power line as a zip line.
