Jess is a name for a girl who is loyal and kind. She’s very smart, but can have no common sense sometimes. She’s strong, and beautiful. She doesn’t give up on you easily, and if she does it means you’ve done wrong, and you’ve hurt her too much. She’s always there if you need to vent, and she’s willing to do anything for you. In the underground world of Cockfighting, Jess is the term used for "odds".
A wagerer would yell "Jess!! Jess!!" which means he's going for the favorite. He would wager $20.00 to win, $25.00 if he loses. On the other hand, a wagerer yelling "Take Jess!! Take Jess!!", is going for the underdog. His $20.00 would turn to $25.00 if the underdog wins. Similar to 6-5 wagering.

Jess is a very pretty, American, girl that most likely has brown beautiful wavy hair and brown or green eyes. She is the most engaging person that loves to have deep conversations and is very understanding. She can be sensitive at times, some breakdowns, but when she is happy, she’s the best! What also really represents Jess is that they are super crazy! She is not afraid to be who she are and that’s amazing about Jess. Jess is loyal and kind and caring! She always loves a laugh, and can be witty and Sassy. Someone who is often slightly Jelous that her friends are all pretty and thinks she just... there, but doesn’t relise that she is the pretty one. Someone who has a bright, caring, friend she can always rely on; and an other friend that is a troublemaker, has an obsession for unicorns and chocolate, is pretty on the outside and mostly on the indside but not always. Jess has so many inside jokes and so many special memories with her best friend Josie, Merrin, JoJo, and/or Mary.
