Great Adventure

One of the many Six Flags theme parks. Located in Jackson, New Jersey. The park features 13 roller coasters, the 2nd most for a Six Flags park (see Six Flags Magic Mountain), and the 5th most for any theme park in the world.

Some of the coasters at Great Adventure incluse Kingda Ka: the tallest (456 ft.) and fastest (128 mph) coaster in the world (as of June 2009); El Toro: a wooden roller coaster that is 181 ft. tall, 70 mph, and is the steepest wooden coaster in the world; Nitro, a steel roller coaster 230 ft. tall, 80mph, and about 3 minutes long! And most recently: Bizarro (formerly known as Medusa), a floorless coaster with many inversions (i.e. loops, zero-g rolls, etc.) that has recently been upgraded with new paint, a new name & backstory, trains with audio features, and elements during the ride such as flamethrowers, mist sprayers, etc.

"Wow, Great Adventure is the greatest place in the world!!"

"Hey, do you guys want to go to Great Adventure this Saturday? I have tickets."

dickensian adventure

Unsavoury pursuits in 1950's style scholastic establishments which aim to "reek havock" and instigate general hysteria. Inspired by the great work of Charlie Dickens and Russell Brand and accompanied by "Geordie;" our trusty skeleton, whom we have wounded and consequently mended. We backcombe our hair, wear Grecian-style oversized cloaks and abide by our official handbook: "Ghost Hunter", a complimentary gift from The Guardian.

Dickensian adventures include:
1. Main entrance window exit extravaganza.
2. Raking from vending machines, collecting golden coins from the undercarriage of the machine, using the always-reliable luncheon-cuisine tray.
3. Launching trolleys down stairwells into unknown Dickensian worlds.

Ghost Adventures

A Travel Channel television program about ghost-hunting that is completely awesome led by a guy named Zak Bagans, who, unlike the Ghost Hunters crew, actually believes paranormal evidence. There is great evidence and exciting moments and places in every episode. Aaron, the camera man, always comes in handy for some laughs, and Nick makes the third person of the team. they stay overnight in a haunted place, locked in, and catch convincing evidence of the afterlife.

Did you watch Ghost Adventures last night?
OMG wasn't it awesome?
Totally!

adventure metal

A kind of heavy metal used to describe bands such as Twelfth Level Cleric. Dragon slaying, sword wielding, spell casting murderous metal. Metal for those who roll their 20 sided die to make decisions such as "melee attack? or cross bow?"

Metal for people who have more than enough charisma points to cast an obsession spell and get away with it.

Metal for dwarves and elves alike. Even though everyone knows dwarves and elves dont get along...this is the one aspect that they can see eye to eye about. Well, at least eye to chest in the Dwarves case.

This soaring guitar orgy of passion and inspiration is the best soundtrack for anyone who has been upon the mighty wings of the red dragon balthezar or just dreamed there-of.

Adventure metal? yeah of course i listen. dude....im a Twelfth Level Cleric. I should cast a paralyze spell on you just for the stupidity of your question.
