Went down to the naked beach at Unicorn Cove and saw a
rainbow commando frolicking in the surf.
Unlike going commando, which is to go without underwear, going suburban commando is to forgo pants altogether.

Originating in the harsh climes of Winnipeg Manitoba Canada this term is used if one is wearing long underwear (longjohns) with no secondary underwear underneath. Most often some sort of pant is worn overtop the long underwear.
Going Canadian Commando sure makes my balls reek.
