A technique employed when one finds oneself taking a crap and the toilet paper is almost completely gone whereby the crapper most make complete use every square inch of toilet paper in order to make an effective wipe before the end of the roll.
An expert at The Conservative makes the clean wipe (to verify all poop is gone) with the remnants of toilet paper that remain on the roll after the last sheet is removed.

1. An advocate of a political philosophy which revolves around not doing much. Conservatism essentially argues keeping things the way they are rather than supporting change.

-Doing nothing. :-)
Examples of not-Conservative actions:
-Trying to change the constitution.
-Starting wars.
-Spending lots of money.
-Taking away people's privacy rights.
-Turning allies against your nation by radically altering foreign policy.

1) someone who follows the ideas of the right wing of the political spectrum, usually in keeping what already exists and is in practice.
2) someone who would have a murderer killed and the life of an unborn baby saved; someone who prefer to kill those who deserve it over the innocent.
3) someone with any sanity at all that doesn't hate America and doesn't want our culture removed so we can be sensitive to terrorists.

A production of America's traditions and a lot failures. Conservatives are for the country but often not what's best. It's a selfish bid, 'an every man for themselves,' way of thinking. Conservatives seem to forget without the working class, there is no economy. They waste time basing liberals, most not knowing the meaning of the word.
The bill of rights is a product of liberalism. Are you going to bash that?

In a nutshell, the belief that (insert country here) is an upstanding and righteous nation, that less government is more freedom, and that people should be held entirely responsible for their finances and actions, even to the point of death or poverty. See also people the Urban Dictionary editors can't stand.
Or in a non-political context, it just means "not a lot".
