A person that is a complete salty downer. They are completley idiotic and make nonsense jokes. Doosy Downers mostly eat chicken and rice and are mostly chinese. They are really stupid and annoying.

”Head downer”: one of the millions of clueless people walking (or driving) and texting, etc., and NOT looking or paying attention to where they’re going or where they are !
