This comes from Eminem's song, Stan. If you like someone or something a lot, you could say that you stan it. It is also something that you call someone who is obsessed with something.

Stan is a fan that is overly obsessed and can bleed into being a stalker. It is derived from Eminem’ssong ‘Stan’ about a fan killing himself and his pregnant girlfriend over Eminem not writing back.
