2) A slang term to refer to LSD (lysergic acid diethylamide). The term "Lucy" comes from the song by the Beatles "Lucy in the Sky with Diamonds" which is commonly thought to be about LSD.
Lucy is often used as a code word for LSD when referring to the drug in a public setting or over the phone where one does not want to openly discuss illegal activities.
Lucy is used like a person's name in such discussions. Like saying "Lucy took me on a trip last night" to indicate you tripped on LSD the previous night.

Sarcastic, malicious dark haired girl from the Peanuts comic strip and animated TV specials who was an absolute bitch to Charlie Brown. Frequently offered to hold a football for him to kick, but would always pull it away at the last second, resulting in his flying through the air and landing flat on his ass. Was madly in love with musical prodigy Schroeder, though he barely noticed her. Occasionally ran a psychiatric booth (with a copay of five cents), though Snoopy was her only patient.

Lucy is a kind and caring girl. She is a fantastic leader which always comes in handy. She feels that no one understands her even when they say they do. She will have some weeks were she is ready to give up and other weeks we’re verything will go right and she flourishes. She will battle depression but not seek help and tell herself it’s ok. When she gets told off she will be sad at first but then try to be as happy as possible. She will always try to look her best and presentable. She is smart and always needs to get her work on. But even through everything, Lucy is determind and must complete her goals.

Lucy's are respected, but people don't always realize how awesome they are. They are often small and quiet, but they still have a lot to say once you get to know them! Lucy's are beautiful, but they don't realize it, they only see their flaws and everyone else's perfections. They don't usually get depressed, but are tough inside, even though most people think they are just small and "cute"
