Fat Nap

Any nap lasting longer than at least an hour and a half, usually taken when someone is especially tired. Usually causes confusion once awakening, but also a feeling of being well rested.

Boy, I'm so tired... I barely got any sleep last night. You bet imma take a Fat Nap when I get home.

Drinking Nap

The act of drinking beer while taking a nap and listening to music. Every time the song changes and your still awake, drink some beer until your eventually asleep.

why take a regular nap before a fri/sat night when you can take a drinking nap

nano nap

An unintentional, seconds-long nap that you take most often in class or a really boring meeting. So short that usually nobody but you notices.

I caught myself taking a nano nap on that conference call.
