Sorry Alan

To screw yourself while trying to prank another.

To forfeit accidentally by leaving a round during a card game thinking you had lost but had not.

To harass a friend when messes up.

I went to trip Brad and “Sorry Alan'd” myself!

He had a flush and “Sorry Alan’d!”

To a friend who misses an easy putt: “Sorry Alan!!”

Canadian sorry

'Canadian sorry' is when you are sorry for something that isn't your fault or you have no control over, such as a friend getting sick or stubbing their toe.

"I can't go, I have a paper due tomorrow."
"I'm sorry. :/"
"That isn't in any way your fault, why are you sorry?"
"I'm canadian sorry."

Sorry dude

Added to a conversation to ease the impact when you deliberatly do something you know you shouldn't be doing.

Katie "Are you eating my last piece of pizza from the fridge!?"
Joe "Ah yeah... Sorry dude"

2) Stubborn, without relief from his/her own point of view

2) <Jim> There IS no alternative to this--I know it for sure!

<Mark> I checked it out yesterday and found 144 other sources for it, you sorry ass!

Sorri Time

A colloquial phrase common in southern New York that is often used to reference a particularly pitiful error on the part of a particularly pitiful person who may be deserving of multiple blows from a blunt, dense object, but not tough enough to take it

Ben: I made a left-hand turn and got into an accident on Central Avenue!

Gabe: Well, Ben, I think there's a no left turn sign in that particular location

Genta: Wowwww, Ben, what a Sorri time!

Sorry, Sally

If you use swear words on the Chris Gethard's Beautiful Anonymous show, you must say "Sorry, Sally". Sally is the name of Chris Gethard's mom who abhors swear words. However, the phrase has gone far outside of its original realm, and now widely used by many people as the modern version of "pardon my French".

- It was fucking fantastic! ... Sorry, Sally.
