Tech-Tourettes or Tech-Turrets: Noun
A condition where a technology challenged person (usually advanced in age) uses obscenities uncontrollably, while attempting to complete various transactions on a mobile, laptop, or other technology device. The person may also uncontrollably twitch, scowl, flip off, throw, or crush the device during an episode.
My mom’s Tech-Tourettes caused her to throw her iPhone across the room today, when she couldn’t pull up her email.
Bob is unable to connect to the database today. His tech-turretts is offensive to some, but it cracks me up.
The act of spontaneously adding unnecessary words, phrases, or sounds to a conversation. While usually added to the of the statement it is possible to randomly have a Ghetto Tourettes added anywhere.
Ghetto Tourettes post-statement:

Random usage:

Ghetto Tourettes can also be used to describe an entire conversation:
This guy came into the shop talking all Ghetto Tourettes.
A condition characterized by the uncontrollable quoting of Youtube videos and other internet memes, at appropriate or inappropriate times.
A. "wow, some guy started trolling our dorm's email list."

A. "wow, you have serious internet tourettes."
B. "LOOOOVE!!!"
A. "Hey, how many cupcakes do we have left?"

When someone with Tourette's Syndrome goes to a social occasion and has to hope that they don't randomly scream a swear word at the host or something as embarrassing.
Kanye West has Russian Tourettes, which explains his behavior at the VMAs.
My cousin has Russian Tourettes, I hope that he doesn't embarrass himself at Thanksgiving.

also known as "aggressive atheism", when one randomly states that they are an atheist, or expresses atheist beliefs to anyone and everyone around them, even if these people do not care.
sometimes it offends people, causing unnecessary arguments everywhere- classrooms, facebook, even in the middle of the street!

A moment in which you have no control over what you say on the social-networking site Facebook. Generally, this indescretion is only for a moment- just long enough to say something stupid on a friend's wall. Or, if you're an idiot with no sense of shame, these Facebook Tourette's "attacks" may last for hours, even days, on end. These attacks are not limited to Facebook, and may happen on any site where users can comment or write statements.
I wasn't going to say that on her wall, but then Facebook Tourette's kicked in and I couldn't help myself.
