a young (18-25 yr old) male, skinny, usually 99.9% of them are gay, who like drugs and who attracts older business, wealthy, men (closet gays) who give these younger men drugs and whatever they want for sexual favors. You can find a lot at gay bars/clubs, or bars in general.
there really aren't many examples.
If you have ever watched the L word, there's a clip in season one where Shane has this friend who was a twink and will take drugs from any guy.

Twink has nothing to do with cheap or shunned actions in MMORPGs. In the MMORPG Anarchy Online, a twink is a character who worked hard to get on the best items they can generally for PVP purposes. You must know how to play and put the time in putting all of the necessary items on and buffs in order to put in items what will help you pwn.
A level 15 with quality 100 implants in is a decent twink.

In the WoW (World of Warcraft) Twinks are alts (alternative characters) level 19 or 29 made by high level players with the assistance of high level friends to own at BGs (Battleground). They run instances and quests to acquire blue or green items with maximum stats they can have on the level cap.
Twinks also gather blue gears from AH (auction house) that are random world drops and get a high level enchants on the weapon such as "Crusader" or "Enchant Weapon - Agility" and other gear enchantments.
