It's fandom is mostly very kind and humorous, but there is always that one fan. The main characters are Yuri Katsuki, Viktor Nikiforov, and Yuri "Yurio" Piletsky. There is a canon ship between Victor and Yuuri, and it has gained a large following. The names of some of that characters have different spellings, depending on the person.
