The throbbing, burning sensation you get in your ear after a very long phone call from somebody who just won't stop talking- usually called Jim. It is worse when the person on the other end speaks quietly, making you push the phone hard into your ear to listen.

He will soon be seen in the upcoming films "The Other Boleyn Girl" with Natalie Portman and Scarlett Johanssan. And in "21" with Kate Bosworth.
