Scene

A popular subculture now.

It's definition page has more pictures than the Cat's page.

Wow, scene has 332 pictures on urbandictionary, where Cat only has 100 something. Cats are the living soul of the internet. This world is ending.

Scene

Boys and girls who call themselves gay or bi, have long hair and make it nappy as hell with their "hxc hurspray" and wear tacky ass clothes with their "H4RDC0R3" brass knuckle necklaces that match their shiny pierced up face, claiming to love some sort of cartoon character they don't even know of, and steal their little sisters clothing.

They still go on myspace using "Sally Suicide", "Jay Hollyw00d", or sometimes even "xRazorxxRachealx" or something else stupid as their names with pictures overcaked with photoshop and makeup at strangle angles. They also like to type like they're in 2nd grade or something because its just "HXC && $C3N3 && D1FF3RNT~~" but sometimes because they're cooler and more ~~$c3n3~~ then everyone else they use proper grammar and just say "fuck" a lot.

They claim to all be different when they're just all trying to fit in by dressing like a five yearold and blind person picking out clothes. They say it's not a phase but it is and they'll look back thinking "what the fuck? I typed and dressed like that? I THOUGHT I WAS SEXY, AND AWESOME AND COOL?! Why was I like this?! Why did my mom let me out of the house like that?! I WANT TO FUCKING KILL MYSELF." It's just a painful part of life.

Coriee: Like, Imma go smxke and drxnk with all mah frans 2nite at da BOTDF concert :DD TXT MEH BITCHEZ!!

Jesiee: Jiimy dumpped mehh <//3 ii thiink datt imma b alone 4ever cuz no1 luvs meh cuz i onlii luv Jiimy J0k3$ter.

scened it

To have performed an action in congruence with being scene.

"Hey, did you see Johnny at prom last night? Yeah, lol, he totally scened it with those tight ass jeans and vans." (past tense form)

"Sorry I didn't call you Monday, I was too busy scenin' it at the MCR show." (present tense form)

scene

most scene kids are basically kids that have turned from the emo path to that of the hardcore music scene. they go from listining to fake emo bands like taking back sunday, to truly hardcore bands like bane, death before dishonor, and really any other hXc band that are from boston, or local that they think is cool. they originally started being truly different from the hardcore scene until more ppl started joining their little wanna-be hardcore scene, until it enveloped part or all of a local scene. they started being non-conformists till everyone in their scene and the scenes across the country started to look the same. everything is tight, although b/f they came it mostly was. most shirts are very emo-esque, with a mix of h.s. and middle school/thrift shop/fake vintage shirts.they wear make-up, gender matters not. they take millions of pics at crazy angles. they cut their own hair in a choppy shag fashion and dye it crazily, and take care of it for hours. it is very easy to tell a scene kid from someone who is truly hardcore; it is very sad the state the current scene is in.

(gender=either)wears tight girl jeans, tight rolling stones vintage t-shirt, crazy style and color hair that took hours to do, cig in mouth, says stuff like "yo nig", and most of the pictures related with the definition.(esp. the blonde scene dude w/blue eyeliner)

scene

1. A term to define hardcore and metalcore kids, mainly around demographics of 24 years old and under. These are the same kids who may be considered fashioncore, emo, hXc and etc. with their tight jeans as well long shags blindfolding their eyes.

2. A way of saying "cool" in definition #1's very perspective of relevance. It's used to express approval/acceptance usual to a scene kid by a scene kid.

1. Dude remember when Norma Jean toured with Through The Eyes of the Dead? That was the best scene show I've ever attended.

2.
xxxCRYMEARIVERANDDROWNMYSELFxx: dude I just got the nevea tears album!
slitXXXXXXwrist: THAT'S SO SCENE!
