Bel is a crack headed friend (who is a simp) and gets along with anyone. Although she is very social, Bel prefers to do her business alone. On the outside Bel is charismatic, but on the inside, she a whole fangirl for fictional characters (mainly animes and books). If you even mention a character, she goes all out.
