Someone who is a serial ghoster, yet always seem to get to know new people who they will just later ghost too. The " phantom " part comes from Lee Falk's the phantom comic strips - the Ghost who walks. the Phantom ghoster is a serial ghoster who will always get away with ghosting people no matter the reason.
Person one : You know Kate, right ?
Person two : Yea, why ?
Person one : Can you give me her insta ?
Person two : Are you sure, she is like a total phantom ghoster.

Work seems so long, as long as it would on a friday. After its out, you have the best night ever. You go to hooters, see the hottest babes you have ever come across. Pick one up(maybe two).
