So your considering using a proxy to a certain site to commit illegal activity, or just to fuck shit up on a site that has your ip addy banned? A double proxy is used when your too scared of getting caught, so you proxy your way into a proxy, then go to the site of your desire. Kindsa like the internet version of putting a condum over your condum. (as if anyone would even use one condum)

An insincere and self-promoting post on another's Facebook wall intended for a public audience, in spite of the wall's one-on-one nature.
This is usually done to advertise traits which when put in the direct form of a status update would make the poster's motives far too transparent.

Paying for lunch/dinner for a group of people by credit/debit card, and then having them pay you cash for their portion of the meal. Instead of hitting the ATM, you are getting the cash from the other people; hence it is an ATM by proxy.
Last night I was running low on cash, so I asked my friends at the bar if we could pull an ATM by proxy - after a couple of rounds on my debit card, I'm all straight for the movies today!
