A town that has no place to go except Jerrys, Vera's, the park, and the Convenience Store. People who live there chose to live a modest life, that only applies for upper-middle classmen. The houses are mad expensive and the kids usually get whatever they want. The students are actually hardcore(except for some) and can usually beat someone up (verbally or phsyically). Everybody knows each other and the police are really strict. The education is harsh, too. Most HP kids who go to highschool usually get into top colleges.
Harrington Park is retarded, but it's cute.

an over-priced area of land filled with trailers. usually contains pot heads who didn't/won't graduate, pregnant teenagers, 5 year olds who say 'fuck', nosy old people, one or more displays of the confederate flag, and sometimes (only in crowded ones) a meth lab. occupied by white trash and avoided by most people.
Did you see Cops yesterday? The hick who got arrested lives in a trailer park.

Wonderful community in NE Los Angeles. The East LA atmosphere is still present here and its inhabitants are down to earth and welcoming.
