To do what you will.

That's literally all it means, in an "urban" manner. To indulge in any manner of (usually rebellious or hedonistic) activity is to 'eat cake'. Thank Marie Antoinette, or some reasonable facsimile which has been lost to history, although she meant literal cake, the phrase has gained meaning since the dipshit didn't leave a record of what she actually meant.

cake walk

Situation when no toilet paper (or suitable substitute) is left in or close to the bathroom, resulting in having to walk elsewhere where a wiping material is available. Said walk is known as a "cake walk", as material becomes caked between the butt cheeks.

Unrelated Note - Phrase derived from NASCAR..

Heres the story: My dads was watching NASCAR, his favorite Sunday activity, when i happened to walk into the room and noticed one of the cars was sponsored by Cheerios. However the story gets interesting when i noticed the back of the car which was branded with a Betty Crocker logo, a company which produces cake and cake related paraphernalia <<<(linked for dumb people who dont know big words). Hence my hilarious phrase "Cheerios is not cake!"
