Taken from australian rules football, where kicking goals is an achievement and a thing to be congratulated about.
However, when used 'kicking goals' basically means the opposite to the above definition and that the person is a failure of life.

The male seeking to master pain tolerance will ask another person to "kick me in the jimmies." That person will then kick the kickee multiple times in the crotch. The kicking only ceases when the kickee (one being Kicked) gives in.
