A superficial greeting no one really ever means. Pretty much a way to say "Hey piss off!" Without seeming like a jerk. It is often said to coworkers, bosses and other aqqauntinces.

The name is a lie. Every July 2nd we make fun of a Noah for their haircut. Or maybe how their fingernails look.
Person: hey! It's national Be Nice To A Noah day. Hey Noah!
Noah: yeah?
Person: your fingernails look weird!
Noah: I thought it was national be nice to me day?
Person: Nope! That was a lie!

A white girl who usually has blonde hair (dyed or natural), likes basic white girl stuff, is innocent, probably is a Jesus lover, and is a social justice warrior even though she is extremely privileged and doesn’t understand the struggle.

When you say that something is nice but in a sarcastic way, not meaning it but in fact meaning the complete opposite so saying "Oh that's nice" basically means that it's not nice, and that you don't like it.
