B-Card

B-Card is a restricted driver's license in Minnesota that is issued after you get 3 DWI's within a ten year period. Person's who receive a B-card agree to never consume any amount of alcohol for the remainder of their life, whether they are driving or not. Agreeing to this tyranny is the only way to have your driving privilges restored after your 3rd DWI. The back of your driving license states that any use of alcohol or illegal drugs invalidates your license. Any driving or non-driving B-card violations (alcohol comsumed) results in a 3-year termination of your driving privileges.

Once you get a B-card in Minnesota, you are hosed for life.

B-2

Northrop Grumman is the prime contractor for the US Air Force B-2 Spirit stealth bomber. The B-2 is a low-observable, strategic, long-range, heavy bomber capable of penetrating sophisticated and dense air-defence shields. It is capable of all-altitude attack missions up to 50,000ft, with a range of more than 6,000nm unrefuelled and more than 10,000nm with one refuelling, giving it the ability to fly to any point in the world within hours. Its distinctive profile comes from the unique 'flying wing' construction. The leading edges of the wings are angled at 33 degrees and the trailing edge has a double-W shape. It is manufactured at the Northrop Grumman facilities in Pico Rivera and Palmdale in California.

21 B-2s have been delivered to Whiteman Air Force Base in Missouri, the first in December 1993. In the first three years of service, the operational B-2s achieved a sortie reliability rate of 90%. An assessment published by the USAF showed that two B-2s armed with precision weaponry can do the job of 75 conventional aircraft.

A new transportable hangar system has been developed which allows the B-2 to be deployed to forward locations overseas. The hangars are 126ft long, 250ft wide and 55ft high. The first of these hangars has been erected on Diego Garcia in the Indian Ocean. Prior to this development, B-2s have had to return to Whiteman AFB after missions, for maintenance of the aircraft's stealth features. The B-2 was thus deployed for the first time during Operation Iraqi Freedom in March/April 2003. In March 2005, a B-2 squadron was deployed for the first time to Andersen Air Force Base in Guam in support of the USAF Pacific Command.

Northrop Grumman has developed a new radar-absorbent coating to preserve the B-2's stealth characteristics while drastically reducing maintenance time. The new material, known as Alternate High-Frequency Material (AHFM), is sprayed on by four independently controlled robots.

The B-2, after ten years of service, finally achieved full operational capability in December 2003.

B-Dawk

To make an appearance of effort despite the work already being done by others. Generally, the attempt is made at the very end when the visibility is highest.
The term is in reference to professional football player Brian Dawkins who early in his career was a Pro Bowl caliber player but in later years would jump into tackle piles after the play had already been made.

Tim: Did you see when Brendan B-Dawk'ed at the end of the meeting despite the fact that he slept through almost all of it?
Brian: You mean when he asked that question at the very end like he was interested in what the manager had been saying?
Tim: Exactly.
Brian: Yea, the manager seemed really please with him and asked him to stay afterwards to talk some more.
Time: Yea, he B-Dawk'ed it good.

B Unit

Blood Unit.

Bloods formed from the Piru gang on 1972 at Centennial High School, taking the Piru Bloods name from "Piru" street in Compton, California. The group formed to protect members from the Crips. Other gangs with the same motive started using the Pirusโ€™ and Bloodsโ€™ names to signify alignment with the main gang. Although the Bloodsโ€™ membership is smaller than the Crips, they are potentially more dangerous, particularly when present in numbers.

They most often identify with the color red. West coast gang members often use a red bandana and while on the East Coast they use red colored beads. They will also use various graphic styles and terms emphasizing a disrespect for Crips.

The game uses this phrase to retaliate against 50 Cents fake " G unit".
