The act of pressing one's penis against a window. The slightly flattened penis gives those on the other side of the window a visual of a "dead rat". This act is particularly entertaining while walking by a bar with floor to ceiling windows on a busy weekend evening.

A broke, ruthless, and pathetic person, more commonly found to be a female who's number one goal is to use others for tangible goods. He/she will pray on any unsuspecting person in places such as clubs, school, or even church, befriend them and use them until they have nothing left to give.
This person may also be known by the terms: leech, mooch, golddigger, and scrub.
"I can't believe that hot chick just gave me her number!" ... "Man, don't call that gutter rat. She's only gave it to you because she knows your mom gives people free buddy passes."
I don't know why she wont just kick him out once and for all. All he does is eat all her food and use her for her deluxe internet/cable bundle. Total gutterrat if you ask me!

Joondi rats are very similar to city rats except they have a different habitat. Joondi rats are troubled teens who hang out at ‘joondi’ ( short for Joondalup) a suburb and shopping mall in Perth, the rats hangout outside the mall at the Joondalup train station. Here they waste their youth doing drugs, shop lifting, getting into fights so on. The prime time for joondi rats is around 5pm so if you are doing some late night shopping try to avoid catching the train. They wear the same basic uniform as city rats adidas track pants, kappa jumper, tn’s

A greasy, usually short male between the ages of 12-19. In general, these males are pale in skin tone, and have a slightly grey tint to them. Most of them consider themselves to be cool, yet they're lacking in friends and character. Often, they have a napoleon complex, or are just rude in general. They usually wear dark colors, and may die their hair black, though they aren't in the "goth" category, and usually hang around nerdy blonde males. Most have crooked teeth, and are relatively straight edge. Though they try to deny their innocent tendencies, the average person can see right through them. They are not to be confused with "emos" They wear baggy clothing and though they may carry around guitars, they most likely can't play them. Many have rodent-like pointy features and noses, thus giving them the name "sewer rat".
"Ha ha ha. Look at that sewer rat over there! What did he do to his hair?"

a member of the notorious wu-tang wearing northbridge gang. only asians are allowed to join the gang, they are highly racist towards white kids such as myself. this is a warning to any whites walking the streets of northbridge after 10pm.
