A phrase used as slang for innuendo (see innuendo). When words, phrases and such can be taken and looked at in a sexual manner, but originally stated with that not in mind at all.
History behind the phrase: Everytime anyone hangs out with our friend Cesya, she has always found a way to turn things and look at them sexually. Indeed this is a great talent. After this happened on a daily basis, we started calling these moments "Cesya Moments".
Amanda: "I gotta get off the phone I'll talk to you later, I have to get in the shower before I go out."
Cesya: "Oh, getting all wet eh? *giggles* Alright I'll talk to you later....Have fun *smirk*"
Amanda: "*sighs and laughs* OMG Cesya Moment! I'll talk to you later, bye."

someone that shares a moment with someone, usually leading one to believe there is something between them, then claims that said moment never happened.
girl: awwwwwwwwwwww
guy: did we just have a moment?
girl: what are you talking about?
guy: you are such a moment faker!

A pleasant telephone interaction with a stranger, usually an insurance agent.
Originates from the 2011 Apia (Australian Pensioners Insurance Agency) television commercials.
Original Apia moment:
Agent - "Welcome to Apia, how can I help you?"
Customer - "I'm ringing regarding a quote for a new caravan we're buying. We would like to start the insurance and pay it quarterly.
Agent - "Not a problem at all. We don't charge any more to pay that way. Whe're you taking off to first?"
Customer - "We're going down to Lakes Entrance, and then across to the West"
Agent - "Gee life's gonna be one big holiday"
Customer - "Yes I hope so, (laugh)"
Agent - "Ohhhh, fantastic"

Being pissed off and ignoring the whole world around you.
Therefore being really rude to all the people around you, even people you don't know.
"Jeez, what's wrong with kat ?"
"Oh yeah, she's having a jeff moment because her mum wouldn't buy her these sunglasses today ..."

1. The act of being stupid. Including actions, and thought.
2. Having something profoundly dumb happen to you.
Example 1: Girl: "I always thought that General Custer from from the board game Clue."
Guy: "That's the dumbest thing I've ever heard. You just had a Guthrie Moment."
Example 2: Oh shit! I just had a Guthrie Moment when I dropped my vodka on the fire and it went on my pants!

When someone does or says something really obvious or dumb, something Joel would say or do
Joel asked “Where’s Milwaukee?” after visiting the city for a meet; a Joel moment.
Joel once said “Wait, I thought everyone came from the Mayflower,” a Joel moment.

when someone does something utterly foolish and nonsensical to the point where it is beyond the physical existence and understanding of a living being is when someone has committed a safa moment
Example: "bro the powerhouse of the cell is mightozambia"
"you're having a safa moment bro drink horlicks"
