A form of temporary monetry funding which comes from one person who has a vast amount of funding at their disposal and goes to another person without pay back. This will happen as long as the person funding the money is able to do so (more funding expected to come from that person).
E.g - Bill was expecting a "cool out" from his boy Tom.

Cool beans is a person, who has taken an excessive amounts of drugs on New Year's Eve (most likely cocaine) and does the running as well as doing the biggest jumps in the air as possible while clapping his hands out of time with the music. Cool beans most popular spot is the Octogon, Dunedin at New Year's Eve.

Cool beans is an amazing saying made up by Can Ilgaz, this really handsome dude. There’s this Lithuanian girl who thinks she came up with it but is totally wrong. She is kinda cute though.
