The phrase actually comes from an episode of Family Guy where Peter and his pals are playing the drinking game 'I never..' where each person says something like 'I never slept with Joe's wife' and each person that has done has to take a drink of whatever they are using with the game. In this episode the table is full of dozens of bottles of beer and Quagmire is noticeably hammered when struggling for any more things that Quagmire may not have done, Peter states 'I never gave a Reacharound to a Spider Monkey whilst reciting the pledge of Allegiance' and Quagmire says 'Oh come on....?' and takes another drink of his beer before collapsing on the table knocking off the bottles! That's the correct and original use of the term Reacharound or Reach Around in modern culture which is why I added this as Shortanks definition whilst it works is not the one most people will be thinking of or need reminding of by searching for it! A popular novel written by the famous Jules Verne, which involves two fellows by the name of Phileas Fogg and his butler Passepartout to travel around the world in 80 days for the wager of 20,000 pounds. They travel and explore numerous countries in their race around the world.
Several film adaptations of the novel have been produced. By far the best version of the novel was the 1956 version which starred David Niven, Cantinflas, Robert Newton and Shirley MacLane. It won 5 Academy Awards including Best Picture, beating The Ten Commandments and The King and I.
More recently it a Disney film version of the novel was released in 2004, starring Jackie Chan, Steve Coogan and various cameo appearances from big name stars such as Arnold Schwarzenegger and Owen Wilson. The film was a massive box office disaster and generally panned by the critics.
Read the book and buy the 1956 verison but avoid the Disney remake like the plague. If you want a good Jackie Chan flick, watch Police Story or Project A instead.

2. A threat. When someone is warning another that if they do a certain thing (e.g. Punching the person) they will attack them physically.
1. Rachel decided to poke a sleeping bear with a stick, the bear woke up and mauled her. She fucked around and found out.
2. Jake and Barry are arguing with each other, Barry readies his fist as if going to punch Jake. Jake looks him in the eyes and says "You want to Fuck around and find out?"
