What island boy language is, its a language using Florida slang and Cuban/Dominican and other Hispanic slangs, but a word that is used a lot is “bic Coronado” or “cuz I’m a island boy”. Also a island boy is a person who has wicks and dyed hair.

National Coney Island, (Coney for short) is a diner chain that seems to only be found in Michigan, though it's named after the island off the coast of Brooklyn (go figure).
