while in the ghetto, when u grab two handfulls of gravel and run up to the biggest, strongest looking guy and throw it in his face, then run away as quickly as possible. the only problem with this is you not only have to be fast but you also have to hope that the guy doesn't have a gun.

To "run a 5k" means to take a shit, or dump, or some form of fecal expulsion.
It is in reference to one Warren Buchanan, who, whilst running a 5k for charity, was prompted at mile two and a half to run off the course in a nearby parking lot and pop a squat. Also keep in mind he was wearing an all-white track suit at the time, which is why he had to run off of the course immediately, and not run the additional seven minutes to finish the course in fear of defiling himself in front of hundreds of runners.

An expression from the Outer Banks of North Carolina, referring to one's being completely full or satiated after eating. It is a somewhat humurous reference to the large numbers of ships that run aground on the treacherous sand bars of the Outer Banks.
Bill pushed himself back from the table and said, "I can't eat another bite. I believe I've run aground."
