Tapping is a term in games like CS:GO and Valorant. When tapping, the defender wants to fake out his/her opponent by making them believe they are "Sticking the defuse".

Sticking, as mentioned, is the exact opposite, where the defender holds the defuse. If the attackers are still alive, it's best to hold the defusers off-angle to allow and defend for the stick.

Tap the bomb, see if you can bait him out.

A reference to the military bugle call used to express empathy or respect for something catastrophic. (Similar in form to “R.I.P” and “f”)
